RE/MAX of Boulder

2425 Canyon Blvd, Ste 110 Boulder, CO 80302

Real estate is a large part of my life, and I love helping people buy and sell a home. It is more than just my job; it's my passion. I truly enjoy getting to know my clients, their families, (and pets), and I pride myself on maintaining long lasting relationships as both their real estate advisor and friend. Raised in the Midwest, I moved to Colorado over 20 years ago to embrace the healthy lifestyle and progressive mindset. I value education and earned a master's degree in counseling at Colorado State University. I began my real estate career in 1999 as a manager of a large portfolio of properties in Boulder county and a as real estate investor. Since 2005 I have been a realtor with RE/MAX of Boulder, the eight-time No. 1 RE/MAX office in the U.S. I am proud to work at a office that sets such high standards for its realtors. I continue to manage my rental properties, and through years of experience, I have developed an extensive knowledge of the local market, including area rents, property values, and long-term trends. This knowledge is beneficial to my investor-clients who seek to diversify their portfolios in the Boulder real estate market. As a buyer's agent, I am known for my determination to find the right property at the best value. To accomplish this, I work hard to identify off-market opportunities for my clients, and I have been successful crafting contracts that give you the best chance of getting the home. This approach is necessary in today's competitive market. Through years of experience, I have developed an extensive knowledge of the area and the factors that drive the local real estate market. As a seller's agent, I employ the latest technology to help my clients market their home, including a specific protocol that is proven to draw the most attention to your house, resulting in the highest sales price Throughout my career I have learned that my educational background in counseling is highly beneficial to my profession.  More than most, I understand the stresses that are involved in buying or selling a home, and I focus on making the process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. I genuinely care about each of my clients, and this is evidenced by the number of my past clients who I now call friends. Moreover, I'm proud of the fact that 95% of my business comes from past clients and client referrals. I am extremely grateful for my success. I donate a portion of my earnings to the local Humane Society, Guiding Eyes for the Blind,  and the Rocky Mountain Lab Rescue where I adopted by black Labrador Harley. For fun, I support CU athletics and enjoy attending basketball, volleyball and football games. I also enjoy viewing movies at the Boedecker theater, and attending plays at the Buell. To relax, I hike the gorgeous trails throughtout Boulder county with my loyal and mischievious black Labrator retrievers. I can say with confidence that Colorado real estate remains a safe place to invest; decades of historical data support this assertion. If we choose to work together, you will realize you are working with a true professional who has your best interest in mind. And, I guarantee that my commitment to you will last far beyond the closing table.
