Laurie is a consummate professional and has tremendous expertise as a real estate agent. She gave us recommendations and provided support in getting our home ready to show including providing staging and cleaning services. We ended up with 5 offers in a matter of 3 days. One was 10 percent over the asking price! We were able to even count on a backup offer in case the offer we went with didn’t go through. We truly believe that we got the most out of the home that we could have via Laurie’s services. We used her as our selling agent but she was recommended to us by two individuals that had used her as a buyers agent and were super happy with the results. I was referred to Laurie by two friends of mine who would also purchase houses from her. They had excellent experiences as did I. She is incredibly knowledgeable and informed about the marketplace, and she is also so nice and wonderful and easy to work with. I have already referred her to other people who I know will use her. I have even tried to get people that already have real estate agents to change over to Laurie, that’s how much I like her! She is fun, funny, knowledgeable, and does her due diligence. She caught things that I would never have caught, and she also reviewed in detail things that I did not have time to deal with. If there was a way to give her 10 stars out of five I would!
Last fall I wrote a review detailing how amazing Laurie was when I sold my home. Now that she has represented me as a buyer, I am once again blown away by what an outstanding agent (and person) she is. When I found my dream home the home I just had to have had an incredible amount of interest from other buyers, followed by many offers. I was so impressed with Laurie's knowledge and skill in writing a competitive offer in this current market (spring 2021). She knew exactly how to make the offer stand out among so many others. I still can't believe that this beautiful townhouse is mine, and I really don't think it would have happened without Laurie.
